User Agreement

“Services” means by registering for alerts on the DFW Get The Plan website, information will be sent to your email or cell phone as selected above when participating County agencies determine that an incident warrants the transmission of an emergency alert. You understand that the DFW Get the Plan website and its participating counties cannot guarantee receipt of alerts sent via email and SMS text and that I should follow public health incidents in other media sources.

Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties take your privacy seriously. Information provided on this website will not be shared with any third party agencies or vendors except under the Terms of DFW Get The Plan to which you must agree in order to receive these Services.
